Return policy

I. Return conditions:

Shop will accept returns in the following cases:

The shop prepared the wrong product according to the invoice that the customer had finalized

II. Return time:

Fixed return period within 1 month

III. Return regulations:

Same product code (size and color only): Free exchange

Other product codes:

If the new product (the product you want to exchange) has a value > the value of the old product (based on the payment invoice): The customer will compensate the additional cost to exchange for the new product according to the following formula (Product value new) – (Value of old product).

If the new product (the product you want to exchange) has a value < the value of the old product (based on the payment invoice): The customer will receive the change according to the formula (Value of old product) – (Value of new product).
